How to move from C1Report to C1FlexReport?

  Specifically: was creating a RenderTable, adding it to C1PrintDocument’s Body, assigning that document to C1Preview or C1PreviewPane… Then printing from it.

  How do I do the equivalent with C1FlexReport? In broad strokes…

  C1FlexReport does not contain C1PrintDocument and related assemblies. For this feature, we request you to continue using C1PrintDocument.
