  Hi c1 support,

  When I launch the C1 live it gave me the:

  Initialization error:
  
  Invalid platform code.

  I reinstall the c1 and it still doesn’t work.

  Hello!

  This issue occurs either when you try to run the C1Live of the version different from the version installed on the system or if C1Live can not update itself to the latest version available on our Prerelease site.

  Kindly, download the latest version of C1Live from the following URL and run its utility. It would resolve the issue.
