  hi,
  
  I have an activated licence on my machine but when I try to build with visual studio
  
  it remais blocked in:

  8> Microsoft (R) .NET License Compiler
  
  8> [Microsoft .Net Framework, Version 4.8.9037.0]
  
  8> Copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
  
  8>
  
  8>
  
  8> Processing complist ‘Properties\licenses.licx’…

  then after 6-8 minutes it finishes.
  
  If I clean all the licences.licx file the build is quick
  
  Can you support me?
