  I’m currently using C1 Studio 2016V3. I’ve created a custom dropdownform which contains several controls. I found that if MessageBox.Show is called when dropdownform is open, dropdownform will be forcibly closed. Is it the behavior by design? Can it be solved if I need to prompt message while dropdownform is kept open.

  Hi James!

  Can you please elaborate the scenario a little bit more (also telling about the control with which DropDownForm is attached)? A demonstrating video might be useful here.
  
  Also, it would be better if you can share a small sample replicating the said behaviour. I would, then, be able to guide you in the correct direction.
