    Hi Support,

How we can configure MultiSelect control do not allow edit text, only selected items can be shown on the Text field?

Similar to the DropDownStyle poperty in standard ComboBox control with DropDownList value.

Also, MultiSelect control DataBinding returns in SelectedItems text value only (a single property of the item), it would be better to have item objects collection not only the value, otherwise it won’t be able to get an item as an object.

Similar to the standard ComboBox, SelectedItem and SelectedValue.

    Hi Gevorg!

    1. “How we can configure MultiSelect control do not allow edit text, only selected items can be shown on the Text field?”
    • The concerned team already has this feature in the to-do list. It will be introduced in one of the future builds. You will be notified once this is available.

    • I have escalated this request as feature enhancement, to the team. Hope they find it feasible to add in the control.

In case you feel like giving any further suggestions, please let me know.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

C1MultiSelect now has SelectedValues property that returns the array of selected values. For this to generate the correct results, ensure that the new c1MultiSelect1.BindingInfo.ValueMemberPath property is also set. This is available with the latest 2019V2 builds. You can upgrade to them using C1Live or use the builds from here:

    Thanks,

    Esha
