  All Grid components I know from other companies allow to stop automatic redraw of the control. So if I do a lot of visual updates to the grid, I can say

  stop redrawing

  do my changes

  redraw

  which is of course a lot faster. How can I do this with trudbgrid?

  Though it is not directly possible to control this grid redraw. But, if you could provide us a small sample (taking much time as you mentioned) then we may suggest you something appropriate in the scenario.

  You can’t. Try with data/recordset cloning, update/mod clone and next resync with datagrid control.
