Unable to use ComponentOne in Visual Studio View

I am trying to use C1 FlexiGrid in my Winform (.NET Core 3.1) project in Visual Studio Preview so that I have the option to use the form designer but I can’t find ComponentOne (C1) tab in the toolbox. Unlike when I use .Winform (.NET Framework) in Visual Studio (not the preview version).
