  I maintain a Visual Studio ClickOnce desktop application using C1Flexgrid. The application crashes when being deployed in other cultures, for example, in Dutch. In some cases, the user can temporarily switch the Region setting in Windows to United States, run the software, and then re-set it to their original settings, and all is well. Any advice on how to ensure the application can adapt to other regions?
