  I need to be able to add a footer to a previously saved pdf file. I can retrieve the file and load it into the c1pdfviewer, but I need to be able to load it into a c1pdfdocument. Is there a way to load the c1pdfdocument from a memorystream?

  Hello Diane,

  Pdf components offered with ComponentOne do not allow modifying existing pdfs.
  
  However, we are happy to inform you that this requirement can be achieved with our new product: Document API, though it will need a new license.
