Can someone point me to any documentation that can help with upgrading C1.WPF.4 edition and all the corresponding controls to the latest?

    Hi Joseph,

You can use ComponentOneControlPanel for upgrading to the latest C1 build.

    https://www.grapecity.com/componentone/download

    1. Navigate to Products > Install.

    2. Select version ‘2020v3(727)’ in Available versions combobox (WPF Edition).

    3. Check the ‘.NET Framework 4.0 Controls’ checkbox.

    4. Click Proceed.

For more information regarding ComponentOneControlPanel. Please refer here:

For this upgrade, I need to compare custom modifications to both it’s base template and the new template. Is there a place I can download WPF Templates for version 4.0.20142.409? I installed the trial version of 4.5.2 and removed the old.

    Hi Joseph,

You can download the 2014 V2 build from http://cdn.componentone.com/files/wpf/C1StudioWPF_2014v2.msi

And you can find the installed build at location C:\Program Files (x86)\ComponentOne\Studio for WPF

FYI, We only have 4.0.20142.109 build available for 2014 V2.

Is there a way to activate all developers at once or does the key I have apply to all developers? We have an enterprise version.

    Hi Joseph,

We can’t activate license for all developers at once. Each developer machine needs to be licensed independently using GrapeCity License Manager with a valid serial key.

JFYI, a serial key can be used to license 3 developer machines. In case you want to use the license on different machine then you need to first deactivate it from the system where it is no more required.

Please refer the following links for more information.
